Securly Not Displaying on Chromebook:

Students should delete their profile from their Chromebook and sign back on to it. This will cause the Securly Classroom extension to be re-installed.

They can delete their profile by 

Signing out of the Chromebook (if they are on the sign in screen there should be a "Sign out" button in the bottom left; if they are actively using the Chromebook they can click on the time and there will be an option to sign out). 

 

When they are signed out, they will see one or more profiles listed on the sign in screen with a dropdown arrow next to the name. Click the dropdown arrow and then the "Remove account" button for all profiles that are on the device. 

 

Once there are no more profiles, the standard Google sign in box will appear during which time they can sign back on to their device. Wait roughly 1 minute for all apps/settings to restore and then they should be good to go.
